The Enderlin Area Dollars for Scholars would like to remind all Returning Students (previously graduated from high school) are required to update your profile each year.
Scholarship America announces the 2019 Scholarship America Student Volunteer Award! The Student Volunteer Award program will open on Monday, March 18, 2019. We ask that you encourage students in your community to add their current GPA and volunteer activities from the last four years to their Dollars for Scholars student profiles by March 18. From there, Scholarship America staff will begin the process of identifying eligible students and inviting them to apply for the award.
To be invited to apply, students must:
- Be a high school senior
- Match to a Dollars for Scholars affiliate
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Have completed a minimum of 1000 total hours of volunteering in the last four years, and have them entered in the Activities section of their student profile
Scholarship America will award one four-year renewable National Award totaling $4,000, as well as up to fifteen one-time $1,000 awards. The Student Volunteer Award program will close on April 15, 2019.
The Enderlin Area Dollars for Scholars would like to congratulate the 2018 Enderlin Area High School graduates and the 11 individuals that were awarded scholarships!
In 2018, the Enderlin Area Dollars for Scholars was able to award a Returning Student Scholarship to local 11 students attending a post-secondary college/university. These were funded by a private donor, the Enderlin Area Dollars for Scholars Chapter, and the ND Dollars for Scholars Chapter.
